Now proudly based in Baltimore, Ericka serves clients across the city and throughout Maryland. More than twenty years in Howard County gave her deep local roots and a clear read on the local market and long-term value.

Ericka earned both her B.A. in Communications and her MBA from the University of Maryland (Go Terps!). She pairs that background with an eye for quality, design, and emerging trends. The result is a modern, elevated perspective that helps each client make a move that fits both their lifestyle and their financial goals.

When she’s not working with clients, Ericka loves traveling and discovering great food and experiences around the DMV. She stays energized with Peloton rides and Pilates, and she spends as much time as she can with her fur baby, Mila.
